Customers may opt in to SMS messages when they submit a quote or contact request and provide their phone number. SMS consent is collected with a separate unchecked checkbox beside the phone-number collection step.

If a customer asks by phone or in person to receive quote, scheduling, or service updates by text, Black Dog Tinting staff use this script before sending SMS:

Black Dog Tinting SMS messages are limited to quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, customer support replies, and related service communications.
